Login Help for Firefox Users
If you are using Firefox as your browser and you are unable
to log in to your Web Desk, chances are your browser is not
allowing server cookies from our site, or you may have a
"stale" cookie stuck in your brower cache. Follow these simple steps
to troubleshoot and correct the problem:
If you find any WholeBeing.net cookies on the list, highlight them and click
Remove Cookie. Click OK. If
there are no WholeBeing.net cookies, click OK to close
the dialog.
Optional: While you are in the Exceptions panel, you can instruct Firefox to always allow cookies from WholeBeing.net to avoid future problems logging in to your desk. In the Address of web site field, type WholeBeing.net. Click on Allow. You should see WholeBeing.net added to the site list, and you will see "Allow" in the Status column. Click OK to close the Exceptions dialogue. STEP 3: Clearing the Browser Cache
Click OK at the bottom of the Privacy Manager panel to finish. Close all Firefox windows, and completely exit from Firefox with File | Exit. Close all other running applications, and reboot your computer. When you are back online, open Firefox and trying logging in you should now be able to successfully reach your desk.
